Wendy Jacobs has been a member of the faculty and an administrator at the University of Maryland since 1986. She is currently Associate Dean, College of arts and Humanities. She has taught design, drawing, photography and electronic media. She continues to be an active artist, most recently exploring electronic media in conjunction with her previous photgraphic and narrative based work. Her work has been exhibited nationally, and she has received arts grants for writing and for photography.
